However this workshop will also consider the hidden costs and efficiency opportunities within the &#8220;grey fleet&#8221; and importantly the associated risks and the carbon reduction opportunities across both fleets   

This workshop will help:
* Provide an overview of the OGC Fleet collaborative programme and the work of the national &#8216;fleet category strategy team&#8217;.
* Consider Strategies for collaboration nationally and in the South East
* Understand &#8216;grey fleet&#8217; - what it is, why it is important &#8211; improving carbon, care and cost.
* The Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007 and what this means for your authority and you as an individual.
* Greening your fleet &#8211; help available via the Energy saving Trust.

&lt;b&gt;Target Audience&lt;/b&gt;
Procurement, legal and fleet professionals, efficiency leads and those involved in carbon management who want to keep up to date with recent developments and learn about opportunities for efficiencies and consider collaborative strategies.
