ADASS & iESE Launches New Efficiency Tool at NCASC

iESE and ADASS will be launching a new tool
designed to help social care professionals at the National Children’s and Adult Services Conference, 19-21 October.

Social Care Efficiency Network (SCENE) launch will take place in an ADASS policy session on the 19th October (14:15, Auditorium) where the ADASS Efficiency Framework will be presented. This interactive tool gives guidance on delivery of an efficient social care service through use of a framework, metrics and case studies.

The website, developed by iESE in collaboration with ADASS and SCIE, includes case studies of cutting edge efficiency-related developments in Adults and Children’s Services, and access to the national costing tool – The Care Funding Calculator.
