Leading Change
This project seeks to increase leadership capability across partnership authorities, including managing change through leadership development activities.
What did we set out to achieve?
- Introduce and manage leadership development activities
- Set up a coaching and mentoring network to support leadership development
- Support achievement of LAA targets and other partnership priorities
What have we achieved so far?
- We have delivered three master classes on leadership skills
- Delivered consultancy training
- Project resources have been engaged to support Partner activity
- Coaching and mentoring training delivered
- We are actively seeking opportunities to deploy trained resources
- Organised and delivered a Strategic Challenge Event
How can your council benefit?
Throughout 2009/2010, we have scheduled master classes for participation throughout MKOB, and plan to make coaching and mentoring resources available in the same way.
