
This project sets out to improve staff productivity through wellbeing. To achieve high performance, people must be both well managed at work and be well within themselves, both physically and mentally. It is through this holistic approach that we hope to deliver consistent high performance and productivity.
Work is now ongoing to apply these initiatives to drive down sickness absence across the HIOW authorities.
We have developed a Wellbeing Toolkit (see document library below) to help authorities implement our strategies.
