Customer led transformation - funding opportunity

Local authorities still have the opportunity to submit proposals to the customer insight strand of the Efficiency and Transformation capital fund for local government. The fund is targeted at supporting local authorities on work around customer insight and social media.  The next deadline for proposals is Friday 8th January 2010, Improvement and Development Agency colleagues are currently undertaking an appraisal commissioned by the Department for Communities and Local Government and Local Government Delivery Council to review spending to date and look into the possibility of further phases, however these are not guaranteed at the moment.
