IESE has built up detailed experience of these complex projects, particularly in the early stages of appraisal and feasibility. We can advise on scoping and feasibility studies for civic office projects, strategic property and asset management rationalisation reviews, options appraisals and guidance on new ways of working (such as flexible working).
