Reading Borough Council – Personal Performance Management

Reading Borough Council has commissioned SOLACE Enterprises to deliver a council-wide series of training programmes to ensure that annual appraisals have a strong personal performance management element. A new policy at the council links incremental progression through the national pay scales to satisfactory performance.
